Our strength training includes intensive practices such as lifting of weights, power lifting and doing strenuous cardio exercises that aid in survival techniques. Our intensive weight training s the best in the whole of the country and this is evident for the fact that tour students have represented the country in various national and international sporting events and have been very successful in getting top honors for the country.
We are also trend setters in a new segment of intensive training where we train people in survival training for example when they have to face natural disaster or when they have to help evacuate a group of people or even when they have to survive in difficult terrain like on a snow peaked mountain.
The intensive training is done based on the package that the patron chooses and this is an outdoor training module where the situation is created to resemble the end focus of the training.
Our general fitness program is available to anyone desiring to get back into shape and retain enough stamina and to look better after losing weight. The patron may choose to take part in the general program where a group of them will be assigned two trainers per session or they may choose to opt for personalized training which is available for extra fees.
Students under grade six who are exceptionally good in sports or gymnastics are offered scholarship at the faculty where the parent needs to give an undertaking that the child will attend the training at least for a minimum period of three years.
